Grohe will accept for return merchandise purchased at, up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Clearance Items

All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.

Damaged or missing items

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. To report damage or missing items in your order please call Grohe (1-855-836-9617)

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order is not preparing to ship or has already shipped. Please call us toll-free at Grohe (1-855-836-9617), Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

A Customer Service representative will assist you and confirm whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is processed, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.


All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
